Trails are currently in good condition. Trails were groomed Monday and again today. There is an ice base under 2-3 inches of snow. Corners get blown out quickly due to the ice. Make sure you have a good set of carbides on your ski's and take it easy through the corners. I and three other members of the Club rode from Alley Park to Glennie, McKinley and back today. We had a good ride with most of the trails groomed. As mentioned before we had to be very careful in the corners. The snow started to thin down about 10 miles prior to reaching Glennie. So basically anything East of Mckinley or South Branch has marginal snow. The further West and North the better the snow. Groomers are scheduled to run Friday and possibly again Saturday if conditions are right. With the lack of snow; we have to be careful not to do more harm than good grooming. Please be careful, respect other riders and have fun!

Trials in Ogemaw County are once again going to be groomed tonight! The last time the groomers were out was January 14th! We only received 3 inches Tuesday/Wednesday, but at least we received some. Please be careful! The base is icey under a couple inches of new found snow, so please watch yourself and others in the corners. Slow down and enjoy the ride.

The 3-4 inches we were to receive; didn't happen! We received another dusting this morning, but now the sun is shining without a cloud in the sky. Just cold with the wind blowing

CONDITION: Ice with little snow We received dusting of snow Thursday & Friday, with the wind blowing it's very cold.

We need snow! Trails are very snirty with bare corners.

Icy but still snow covered. Probably very icy after this rain and freeze.
